Open Level Belly Dance Course Richmond ​| 7 weeks Starting 14th June ​

Dance to uplifting summer hits, move in colourful, flowing skirts, and enjoy a warm, supportive space where you can feel confident, relaxed, and free in your body.

This beginner-friendly course is perfect whether you’re completely new or returning to dance and want to reconnect with movement in a joyful way.

Beginners level 1 & 2 course details

Over 7 weeks, you’ll build strong foundations in Egyptian-style belly dance through hip isolations, figure 8s, shimmies, chest movements, and elegant travelling combinations. Classes explore a variety of Egyptian and Middle Eastern-inspired music while helping you develop coordination, posture, confidence, and musicality in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Each 1-hour class includes a gentle warm-up, technique training, and easy-to-follow combinations shared for optional home practice. Please bring comfortable clothing and water. Colourful skirts are warmly encouraged, while hip scarves are optional.

Students also receive ongoing support through our private WhatsApp community between classes.

    • Time: All the classes run at 1pm till 2pm except 14th June 11am-12pm.

This term in Richmond, we explore the depth and beauty of modern oriental Baladi— a style that blends traditional feeling with refined, contemporary expression.


This advanced course will focus on earthy hip isolations, grounded movement, and beautiful, seamless transitions, allowing you to dance with both strength and softness.

Over 7 weeks, you’ll learn a complete Baladi-inspired choreography while developing grounded hip technique, layered shimmies, smooth transitions, and expressive musicality. Classes focus on creating movement that feels connected, intentional, and elegant.

Each 1-hour session includes a gentle warm-up, technique training, and combinations shared for optional home practice. Please bring comfortable clothing and water. Long skirts are warmly encouraged, while hip scarves are optional.

Students also receive ongoing support through our private WhatsApp community throughout the course.
