Return & Refund Policy

At Sarasvati Dance, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in their original packaging
  • in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Belly dance classes
  • Workshops
  • Digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Classes & Courses

All class bookings and course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. In exceptional circumstances, alternative class arrangements may be offered at Sarasvati Dance’s discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
