Sarasvati Dance provides belly dance classes, workshops, performances, and dance accessories. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Orders

We aim to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings and handmade details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Classes & Workshops

All class bookings, workshops, and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked.

Please arrive on time for classes where possible. Sarasvati Dance reserves the right to make changes to schedules, venues, or instructors if necessary.

Participation in classes is at your own risk. By attending classes, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and take responsibility for your own wellbeing during sessions.

Performances & Events

Performance bookings may require deposits and separate agreements depending on the event type.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, images, videos, and written materials are the property of Sarasvati Dance and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Sarasvati Dance is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.
